Mastering FrameMaker 5 update

Hi,

Just a short note -- the FrameUser's website has been
set up to take online and credit card orders for
print-on-demand copies of Mastering FrameMaker 5.

If the printer maintains schedule, I can start mailing
books as soon as the end of next week or shortly
