There are two ways:
1) make the footer a cross-reference to the tag in the cover chapter
2) make the book title a variable that you insert in the footer
Method 1 will update the footer automatically, but may also give
unwanted clickable links if you create a PDF.
Method 2 doesn't give this problem, but you'll have to update the
book title in a variable and then import it into all files.
