Updated framers page

Free Framers, excuse me for this shameless plug...

I have just updated my framers web page ( http://go.to/framers )
for the first time in 6 months. The changes consist mainly of:
* Updated information on all framers mailing list archives
* A new page on how to implement thumb tabs (bleed tabs)
* A new FM file showing how you *could* implement "continued" headings
* Updated information on how to add fonts to UNIX FrameMaker version 5

I plan to add more articles and links later this summer.
Feel free to make suggestions on additions or changes.
