There are solutions to the "Okay, it's page XX, but what chapter is it?"
dilemma:
- use bleed tabs with the chapter number and/or title
- include the chapter number elsewhere in the footer (maybe something
like "Chapter X" in a small font above a larger page number?)
- include the chapter number as its own paragraph, and use
"Chapter "<xref to ch# paragraph> in the footer
There _should_ be others, but I'm not remembering them now...
