We'd be very interested in knowing if anyone else has seen this, either.
I often cancel print jobs while spooling from within FrameMaker and
to-date have not seen this symptom. FrameMaker runs as a non-privileged
application and as such, cannot cause such a crash by itself. However,
the OS subsystems called upon when printing occurs ...
I assume from your description that the screen immediately went blank
without a BSOD (blue screen of death) message about a crash?
