Thanks for your suggestion. The need for the break within the hypertext is
only because its length exceeds a line, BUT another requirement I have are
routine names that include a "/" slash such as /CSPARSE where I don't want
the line to break. So I guess it's best to force the manual line break
within the hypertext. I was just trying to avoid any 'manual' intervention
wherever possible.

Hmmm. If you really want the line to break, you might be able to accomplish
it
by changing the Format > Document > Text Options box to allow line breaks
after
the forward slash character. I know that the line break you're getting now
looks
odd, but my preference is to keep the link on one line if possible. An
alternative is to make the link a paragraph of its own, with the
accompanying
space before and after. Then it looks more like you wanted the resulting
formatting.
