Table Shading (was creating background shading)

Rebecca,

If you don't like FM's shading percent presets.......

The short answer is:  

  Define a New Color.  

  Name it 20%black.  

  Define it as black, 20%. 

  Then when you USE this to fill your table cells, use color "20%black" AT
100% of that color (it is 100% because the color itself is only 20% black.)
