A few weeks back I posted a plea for help on this subject.
Many thanks to the many people who offered assistance. We
were not able to get the PostScript version to print correctly
no matter what we did. There were several small errors that defied
our best efforts. We tried most of your suggestions.

We finally went the PDF route with success. We like this better
anyway, since PostScript appears to be a shot in the dark.
