Find a translation service that uses the TRADOS S-Tagger. This allows you to
deliver Frame or FrameMaker+SGML documents in MIF format. S-tagger then
converts the MIF to RTF, preserving all the MIF formatting constructs. The
RTF can then be opened in the tool of choice (MS-Word) for translation.
After translation, they're saved back to RTF and and run through S-tagger
again, which converts them back to MIF files.
