RE: Adobe Survey

I contacted the Acrobat group regarding this survey.  The story is that the
team normally uses a standard product list that includes all products
(including FrameMaker).  This time however, someone unfamiliar with the
process created a new list with other competitive product options and
accidently left FrameMaker off the list (along with some other products).

No excuses here someone screwed up.  However, here's a quote out of their
email response: "Believe me, I will not let that happen again.  Lesson
learned."
