FIXED - Conversion tables not converting

Rick Quatro was kind enough to take a look at my table
and a sample document. I had broken up my conversion
table into a number of smaller tables in an attempt to
organize things & make debugging easier.

After following Rick's suggestion to combine everything
into a single table and reorder items so that higher-order
elements came last, it worked.

Thus, the comment in the Developer's Guide (page 448)
"You can divide a conversion table into several smaller
tables" does not necessarily hold true in all cases. I was
also under the impression that order of elements didn't
matter in a conversion table.

Framers comes through again. And thanks again to Rick.
